Gissele Taraba has a double Masters, one in Epidemiology and another one in Social Work. She worked in the not for profit field in leadership for over 14 years and is a mother of two beautiful children. She is a trained counsellor and is also a trained mindful self-compassion teacher. Through her self love and self-compassion practice, she healed her own anxiety and panic attacks.
She is the co-owner of the Maitri Centre for Love and Compassion. They offer one to one sessions, workshops to individuals and also work with businesses to increase the amount of compassion at work.

She holds a BS from NYU’s Stern School of Business, an MA in Social & Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and is a certified NLP Master Practitioner and Coach from the NLP Center of New York. Neelu has 15 years of experience specializing in Adult Learning & Leadership Development in large organizations ranging from Financial Services, Consulting, to the Tech Industry. She is a certified Yoga Instructor, Ayurveda Specialist, and an Ericksonian trained Hypnotherapist focused on bringing mindfulness and stress management practices to individuals, teams, and organizations.

Justin Brien is a mental health advocate, inspirational speaker and a professional executive coach. However to be able to put those titles in front of his name he had to over come a 16 year battles with addiction and lifelong battle woth depression. After hospitalizing himself with suicidality and alcoholism on Jan 4th 2019, he turned his life around to help others understand the capabilities of what mental health and addiction can do to a person.
